okay so here are my responses to the previous blog.
1. the most pain i was ever in was when... a. i burned my hand with hair spray while babysitting b. being in jiu jitsu class and realizing that i had forgot my protective cup (enough said)
2. the strangest thing that ever happened to me was... weed eating a dead seagull with a big weed eater and getting feathers in my mouth by accident.
3. i absolutely love... jesus, my wife, my son
4. i wish i could... travel to Italy again, or fight in the octagon

It really doesnt matter what it says, the point was made, that Phil is invited to come and watch UFC61... And if you dont want to belive me that it says 2006 Shamrock is going to come to your house and kill your goldfish. The Arlovski is gonna smash your hampster. 3 out of 4 Phils approve of this.

worst pain?
prolly when i did the famous Tony Hawk Pro Skater trick (the "sacktap") on my home made sk8 rail. and then enjoying the wonderful effects of 2 T3's back to back ... only to realize they won't help the pain go away, but they will make you black out and apparently take up to 10 minutes to walk up the stairs.

hey its james I havent posted for a while because my computer went a little weird????? so im gonna respond to that last blog here
1.) the most pain ive ever been in was when I was 5 it was christmas morning and i was exited .we had one of those things that need the BIG blue jugs of water.well we left the jugs outside overnight(accidently)and when we awoke they were frozen solid and broken ....oh ya exept for one, so we brought it inside
DUH! DUUHH! DUUUHHH! I was exited and I ran around, tripped and smashed my head on the frozen solid water container.
sooo i went to the hospital and waited three hours until a docter came
in the wait I felt like a crushed frozen solid flower that had been steped on.
2.)the weird est thing that ever happened to me was when i flipped my brother over my back and slemmed his back into the floor( how did I do that?)
3.) I love lifeline and drop in... and my family...and STAR WARS...and acklay( a creature from star wars)...and vidio games...and the computer...and total mass destruction(on computer of course)...and etc
4.) I wish I didn't have school
